Getting stuck on the reef or caught in debris is every boater's worst nightmare. The Stainless Slider™ Anchor (Escape Anchor) is designed to make retrieval smooth and effortless, whether wedged in reef, rock, or heavy debris.

With a full sliding ring system, the chain slides over the shaft, changing the angle of pull and releasing the anchor from its grip. No diving, no battling the current.

Built on our trusted Delta-style design, in marine-grade SS 316 stainless steel with a sleek polished finish that resists corrosion. Suitable for boats up to 14m (49ft), but scaling up is always a smart move for extra peace of mind.

Add the Slider™ Anchor Lock Pin to ensure the slider anchor fits any bowsprit.

FAQs

What makes a stainless steel anchor better than other types?
Stainless steel anchors are built for performance. With unrivalled corrosion resistance, they thrive in harsh marine environments, enduring the toughest saltwater and freshwater conditions. Over time, they maintain their strength and durability, while the sleek polished finish adds an edge.
How does a stainless anchor compare to other materials in terms of strength?
When it comes to strength, stainless anchors stand in a league of their own. More resilient and robust than aluminium or basic steel, they're designed for high-performance situations. Whether you're up against strong currents or demanding conditions, these anchors deliver superior holding power, ensuring you stay locked in.
How do steel anchors handle corrosion?
Steel anchors aren't immune to corrosion, especially in saltwater environments. Without proper coating or galvanising, they're prone to rust. But with regular maintenance you can ensure your steel anchor remains in top form, ready to perform without compromise.
