Built For Trailer Recovery And Deck Lifting.

Savwinch Haulers are versatile and can be used for:

  • Winching
  • Hauling
  • Lifting Tenders
  • Davits

Drum-Wound Recovery

Rope winds onto a fixed drum for steady, controlled recovery under load, built for boat trailer winching and deck lifting.

Three Material Finishes

CS™ runs a powder-coated motor, SS™ a 316 stainless motor, and SSS™ a full 316 stainless motor and gearbox, all paired with a drum built for the load.

Self-Locking Worm-Drive Gearbox

Holds the load and will not back-drive, across the whole Winch Hauler range.

IP68 Sealed Motor

Every motor is IP68 sealed against dust and water immersion, with no motor cover needed.

HMPE Rope

High-strength, low-stretch HMPE rope as standard, resistant to abrasion, UV and chemicals, sized to each model's pulling capacity.

Switch, Solenoid and Circuit Breaker Included

Every Winch Hauler ships with an up/down switch, solenoid and circuit breaker.

Multiple Applications

Beyond trailer recovery, the range also handles winching, general hauling, lifting tenders, and davit duty.

Our hauler range comes with High-Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) rope as standard, known for its exceptional strength and durability. The 1500WH and 2000WH ship with 8 metres of 6mm, the 3000WH with 8 metres of 8mm, the 4000WH 12V with 10 metres of 10mm, and the 4000WH 24V with 12 metres of 10mm.

  • Superior Strength: One of the strongest synthetic fibers, ideal for heavy-duty tasks without adding weight.
  • Lightweight & Easy Handling: Despite its strength, HMPE rope is light and easy to deploy, perfect for marine use.
  • Low Stretch: Ensures consistent performance and reduces the risk of snapping, crucial for precise lifting and winching.
  • Abrasion Resistance: Withstands rough conditions and maintains integrity against surfaces and saltwater.
  • UV & Chemical Resistance: Durable against UV rays and chemicals, making it ideal for prolonged outdoor exposure.

All models run at 12 metres per minute. Must have rollers or skids for minimal friction load. Trailer winches are designed for pulling onto a trailer in water only, not for pulling from the ground up like sand or dirt.
