Electronic Fast Fall System
The EFF™ system allows the anchor to drop electrically at high speed without a manual clutch, controlled entirely by the operator from the helm. There is no clutch to release and no deck work required. Registered as the Boat Anchor Winch patent in Australia (2012327858) and overseas including New Zealand (623952) and the United States (9284023), under PCT application AU2012/001294.

Holding multiple anchor design patents, including the sliding anchor design, registered in Australia (201917018) and overseas including the United States and in China (202030292145.X and 202130128860).
Injection Mould Motor Technology
Our motors are injection moulded to fill every internal air pocket inside the motor housing. No air voids means no condensation pathway, so the motor does not corrode from the inside out. This is patented technology.
Solid Block Motor Casing
No outer sleeves and no bonded sections. The motor casing is a single solid block. This design removes the failure points that come with multi-piece housings exposed to salt water over years of use.
O-Ring Seal System
All motors are sealed with O-rings. No sealants, no glues, no compounds that degrade or shrink over time. Fully submersible. If the motor goes under, it comes back up working.
Oversized Worm Drive Gearbox
The worm drive sizing on every Savwinch unit exceeds standard industry ratios. This is why our gearboxes handle load without the heat build-up or gear wear that shows up on under-built units.
