Returns and refunds
Products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for refunds, and all customers must speak with a Savwinch representative. Returns are accepted for products within 10 days of the customer receiving them.
Savwinch is committed to upholding Australian consumer law regarding all refunds and returns.
All refunds and returns must be discussed with Savwinch and agreed upon by both parties.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging including manuals and accessories.
Proof of purchase must be provided (for example invoice number).
All freight costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
No refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or misuse of the product.
If the goods returned are accepted by Savwinch and a refund is agreed, a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value applies.
Cancelling an order
Prior to the dispatch of an order, you may cancel all or part of an order (including orders that we have accepted) due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control (for example loss of employment, serious injury or illness), but not if you simply change your mind, without any liability to us for that cancellation.
If you cancel, you must provide us notice (including reason) before the dispatch of an order. You cannot cancel all or part of an order after the order has been dispatched by us.
A 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders may apply.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits, restricts or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy in line with that guarantee. For major failures you have the right to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor failures we may choose to repair, replace or refund.

Contact Savwinch by phone or email to discuss the return. Quote your invoice number and describe the issue. We will respond with the next steps, including return shipping instructions and any agreed conditions on the refund.
